1. Who we are
Color Your Love is operated by ⟨COMPANY LEGAL NAME⟩, ⟨REGISTERED ADDRESS⟩. You can reach us at hello@coloryourlove.com. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. What Color Your Love is
Color Your Love is an educational tool for relationship communication based on the ComColors model. It is not therapy, medical care, psychological diagnosis, legal advice, a crisis service, or a dating app.
3. Eligibility
You must be an adult and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service.
4. Your account
Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in your account. Provide accurate information and respect other users, including your partner.
5. Couple spaces and consent
A couple space requires the explicit, mutual consent of both partners. Either partner may withdraw consent at any time, which immediately ends sharing. Your detailed quiz answers are never shared.
6. The AI coach
The AI coach offers general, non-medical suggestions and may be wrong. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, or crisis decisions. It is provided "as is".
7. Payments, renewals and refunds
Paid features are billed via Stripe in the currency shown at checkout. Prices and terms are displayed before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel through the customer portal; cancelling stops future renewals and keeps access until the end of the paid period. One-time purchases (such as the full profile unlock or an ebook) are non-recurring. For refund requests, contact hello@coloryourlove.com; where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or your local consumer law applies, your statutory rights are unaffected.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access others' data, or use it to harm anyone. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Disclaimers & liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts, unless a mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified and may require renewed consent.
