From your celebrant · free, no account

The venue is booked. Here are the two minutes worth having next.

Your celebrant sent you this link. It is a free nine-question quiz about how the two of you each receive love, handle conflict and say the hard things — the conversations that do not fit into a venue tour or a seating plan, and that matter considerably more than either.

Take it separately, on your own phones. Do not compare answers before you have both finished. That is the whole method, and it is why it works.

Nine questions · two minutes · no account, no email, no card · you can close the tab afterwards and nothing follows you

Why your celebrant hands this out before the wedding, not after

Because the first year is where the talking gets harder, and because a couple who has already learned one vocabulary for their differences arrives in it prepared. After the ceremony you are tired, the house is half moved and the calendar belongs to other people again. Before it, you are still scheduling things together by choice — which is the easiest the year will ever make it to sit down and do this properly.

Your celebrant has married a lot of couples and has watched which ones sail and which ones struggle. It is almost never the wedding. It is whether the two of you can describe what you each need without the other hearing a criticism. That is a learnable thing, and this is the small, cheap way to start learning it.

How it works

  1. You each answer nine questions

Two minutes, on your own phone. No names, no account, no email address. Nothing you answer is stored against your identity, and nothing here is a test you can fail.

  2. You see your own colour profile

Not a label — a description of how you naturally give information, handle conflict and want to be appreciated when things are hard. Then you do it again for your partner, and they do it for you.

  3. You compare, and something clicks

The interesting part is never your own result. It is seeing that the argument you keep having has a shape, that it comes from two different defaults, and that neither of you is wrong.

Why your celebrant sent this

Plainly, because it is fairer than not saying it: Color Your Love pays registered celebrants a share of whatever a couple chooses to buy after being introduced to us. That is the entire arrangement. It is not a referral fee for your data, we do not receive anything from you to be introduced, and your celebrant is not paid for you to buy anything in particular — only for introducing the free quiz to couples they actually work with.

  • Your celebrant keeps a card of these links and hands them out after the ceremony, when the paperwork is done and the reality of being married has arrived.
  • Nothing is paid for the quiz. It is free, and it stays free, and there is no card detail behind it.
  • If you choose to buy a guide or book coaching later, Color Your Love pays your celebrant a share — which is how this reaches couples who would never have searched for it.

Are you a celebrant, and reading this because a couple forwarded it? The partner programme is here — it is verified against the public register of marriage celebrants, and nothing happens until you claim your own link.

If it lands, and you want to go further

The quiz is the whole free offering and it stands alone. These are the paid next steps, priced the same as the checkout says — and where a session is not bookable online yet, the card says so rather than quoting a price. None of them is required to get value out of the first two minutes.

Or keep it free and read the colour guides — orange · green · red · yellow · blue · purple

What this is not

It is not therapy, not couple counselling, and not a diagnosis of anything. It is a communication model that gives two people a shared word for a difference they already live with. If your relationship is in real trouble — if anyone is afraid of anyone — please contact a counsellor or a support service rather than a quiz. There are details on our safety page.

Two minutes. Do it before the wedding does.

Your celebrant thought it was worth a card in your hand. Take it now, while scheduling something together is still the fun part.
